Order Review
Next, your order is reviewed by one of our traders and delivered to our accounting department. There, we identify what method of payment you requested and process it accordingly. Shipment of your order

Next, a vault manager will review the order, inspect the contents for accuracy and quality, and then carefully wrap and seal your box. All this is done under video surveillance to make sure we have an accurate record of everything that went into your package.

Labeling
From there, your order is turned over to our shipping and labeling department. Our staff carefully and discretely wraps your package. None of our packages reveal or give any indication as to its contents.

After your package is wrapped, it is weighed to the hundredth of an ounce and labeled. Now your package is ready to be shipped!

Final Notification
Upon shipment, a final email is automatically generated to alert you that your order is on the way! Every package we ship is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery. We ship our orders via registered or insured mail and they will usually arrive 5-10 days after leaving one of our depositories.
