At 12PM (CT) the APMEX spot prices were:
- Gold - $1,341.80
- Silver - $23.93
- Platinum – $1,675.50
- Palladium - $580.00
COMMENTARY:All metal prices have stabilized after a strong retreat overnight. This can be attributed to profit taking as well as to a strong reaction to the unexpected announcement out of China to raise its lending rates by .25%. The Chinese news did spur a rally in the US Dollar.
