BERNANKE ANSWERS QUESTIONS NEXT WEEK
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will hold the first regularly scheduled Fed press conferences next week. He will be answering questions from journalists in these conferences, and investors are anxious to see what the precious metals market will do in response.
Senator John McCain is meeting with rebels in Libya today. He says, “I would encourage every nation, especially the United States, to recognize the Transitional National Council as the legitimate voice of the Libyan people. They have earned this right, and Gaddafi has forfeited it by waging war on his own people.”
As mentioned earlier, the gold and silver markets are closed today.
