I just purchased 4 of these bars recently which was my first bullion purchase ever. These Wall Street bars are beautiful & the detail as well as the actual feel of the weight of these bars in your hand is pleasantly surprising. I was a little disappointed in the condition of these bars but that is expected when it has been at least 10 years since production occurred, but on the other hand the service, shipping as well as the prices at APMEX were spot on. I will try Johnson Matthey & Pamp Suisse next time around but will definitely be dealing with APMEX again.

This item does have a little wear that is not depicted in the description but still holds the Twin Towers which makes it well worth the buy. I guarantee that when these bars run out, they will be worth a lot because of the Twin Towers. Look past the slight markings on your bar and keep buying... Its worth it!

I really like these bars and added two of them to an order to give as gifts. Mine too had black marks on them. I called and told my story to the lady in "customer service" and asked if I could swap them for bars that were perfect. There were over a thousand bars in stock at the time of my call and she told me that she could not guarantee that the bars I would get in return would be perfect. So I just put them in the stack of bullion, wrote it off and looked elsewhere for different gifts. While I still like to "window shop" here, that was my last purchase/experience so I bet I will get no holiday card and popcorn this year!
