I ordered a $100 bag of 90% silver coins. I received a bag of quarters in 9 days. They consisted of 392 Washingtons-from BU to well worn, 4 Standing Liberties-nearly slicks, 1 really nice Barber, 2 Canadians, and 1 1970 Washington. I called customer service and told them about the Canadians and the 1970. They said they would send 3 replacement coins---which I received 4 days later. With the replacement coins, my bag of 400 quarters weighed in over my scale at just over the promised 71.5 ozt of silver. This was my first order from Apmex----but not my last.

I recently ordered a $100 bag of junk silver, along with some silver dollars. To be honest, I was somewhat skeptical, as I hadn't dealt with APMEX before. When my order arrived, I became a little anxious when I counted my 1000 dimes and found only 979. I called APMEX the next day and they assured me they would send the missing ones. And they did. I received them 5 days later! I am very pleased with APMEX, especially their customer service. Overall, my experience has been great - ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and the quality was as advertised. I haven't had so much fun with coins since I was a kid searching roll after roll hunting for wheaties! I bought these for insurance/protection, but think I'll get a book for them!

Picked up a pair of bags, asked for dimes and/or quarters. Got two bags of quarters. Many in good condition, a number fairly worn. Counted the contents of both bags, one bag came up a quarter shy, called APMEX and they said "we'll send one out right away". Provided it shows up, great service over all.

Ordered 3 bags, asked for one of each: half dollars, quarters, dimes. Received one half dollar bag, two bags of dimes. The bags of dimes I have no problems with, 5 stars. The half dollar bag is comprised of approx. 75% walking liberties, 25% franklins with 1 kennedy and 5 barber halfs thrown in. The liberties were 1930s/1940s and vast majority were in good to excellent condition. The franklins were pretty much very good to excellent, as was the kennedy. The barbers were heavily worn, to the point of being flat and token-like. Probably missing 30-40% of their silver. Not at all happy about that, if I ever get a bag full of barbers in this condition, back it goes.
