1898 Trans-Mississippi Exposition HK#283 - Ch Extremely Fine
 
This is a great medal from a scarce Exposition. The Trans-Mississippi and International Exposition was held in Omaha, NE during 1898. This is one of the Official Medals struck for the Exposition. The obverse depicts a female bust while the reverse has an Indian riding a horse and spearing a buffalo. It measures 34mm in diameter and is made of brass and is listed as HK#-283. This beautiful example grades Choice Extremely Fine.
