There are only 18 PCGS Perfect 70 Special W variety coins known to exist!
This coin was struck from unfinished proof dies and is Ultra Rare. In 1999, the U.S. Mint used up all of the Mint State dies used to produce the Gold Eagle coins and had to use the Proof W dies for a very small fraction of the last Gold Eagle coins minted in 1999.
