Well they are a great asset I am proud to own, but there are a few too many flaws on each of these coins (in my very unprofessional opinion I expected perfect minus a near perfect partial line caused by the stamp press being used so much) to be considered "next to perfect." If these are 69's then the spare change in my pockets are no less then ms-60 maybe this penny might be framed as an ms-70... Over all, a very good company to go through though! A+ just because they have near impossible to open cases, I HAD to hold one coin in my hands, that still certifies them what they are! Yeah I just call them like I see them...
