The obverse of this coin features an image of the legs and boots of three veterans below the inscription "THEY STOOD UP FOR US". The reverse depicts a forget me not at the base of an oak wreath which surrounds the inscription "TAKE THIS MOMENT TO HONOR OUR DISABLED DEFENDERS OF FREEDOM".
