The 1882-S is a somewhat scarce coin and harder to find than most would think in Mint State. Though it has a relatively high mintage of 1,125,000, only a fraction survived the Gold recall of 1933. It is estimated that less than 10,000 pieces have survived. This coin has nice fields and strong devices, and is deserving of the MS-61 grade.
