This is the 13th coin of the United States America the Beautiful Silver Bullion Coin™ Program, and a great depiction of Acadia National Park in Maine.
The diverse land of Mount Desert Island on the rugged coast of Maine was established as a national site on July 8, 1916. The first national park east of the Mississippi River, Acadia is known for its beautiful landscapes, including that of Cadillac Mountain, the tallest mountain on the U.S. Atlantic Coast. The park is visited by outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy the scenic views, hiking over the granite peaks, and biking along the historic carriage roads, which were financed by John D. Rockefeller.
Individual coins will come in capsules. Multiples of 10 will be delivered in mint-issued tubes without capsules. Orders of 100 come in mint-issued monster boxes also without capsules.

This entire series is a curiosity to me yet I do collect it. I still cant fathom why would ANY world class Mint, much less the USA, choose to make a series of 5 ounce silver coins and exercise such banality in the decision to have these coins replicate circulating quarters right down to their stamped value? For what it is, it is a beautiful addition to the series.
