With Box and Certificate of Authenticity. The 200th anniversary of the Lewis and Clark expedition into the Louisiana Territory Purchase. On the obverse Meriwether Lewis and William Clark standing with a river and foliage in the distance as a seperate motif. Lewis holds the barrel end of his rifle in one hand and a journal in the other and is looking at Clark, who is gazing to the distance in the opposite direction. Both Sides were designed by Donna Weaver. On the reverse is a copy of the reverse of the Jefferson Indian peace medal.
