This .999 fine Silver antique finish coin is part of the "Heroes of the Patriotic War of 1812" series. Pyotr Bagration was a general of the Russian army who began his military career as a sergeant in 1782 and served a 30 year career in the Russian Army. Bagration received a mortal wound at the Battle of Borodino in 1812. In Moscow, the Bagration Bridge, which commemorates the 850th year of the city, is named in his honor. On the reverse is the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II.
