I was a bit disappointed with this 2013 coin. The relief was uninteresting and the coin had too much overall shine to it...looked like a clad coin, although I am sure it was not. Maples and Eagles are much more attractive. Hope the 2014 version is better. Great work again by APMEX, as usual.

As always, APMEX did a great job with shipping and handling, but I was rather disappointed with the coin. It was nice to hear that the coin is now 0.999 pure instead of 0.958, but the quality of the coin is much worse than previous years. By comparing a 2013 coin with a 2012 coin which has the same design, the 2012 coin has a higher relief and a sharper design; the 2013 coin obviously lacked the quality of what previous Britannia coins possessed. It seems as though the design and quality of the 2013 coin was sacrificed for mass production.

Just got 2 of these in the mail yesterday along with 2 maple leafs, 2 american eagles, 2 mexican libertads, and 2 philharmonics. These were hands down my favorite. Could not believe how beautiful these coins were. The shipping was super fast too. It was my first silver purchase and I will definately continue to buy...from APMEX that is.
