This is a beautiful, partially colored, .925 fine Proof Silver bar dedicated to the Monasteries of Armenia. Kecharis is an 11-13th century monastery in the ski resort town of Tsakhkadzor in Armenia.

In the 12th and 13th centuries, Kecharis was a major religious center of Armenia and a place of higher education. Today, the monastery has been fully restored and is clearly visible from the ski slopes.

On the obverse is the coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia along with the value of "1000 Dram.” This wonderful Russian market coin comes to you in original capsule and with certificate of authenticity.
