This $10 Gold and Platinum commemorative coin was issued to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Library of Congress. The obverse features the torch of learning being held aloft by the hand of Minerva in front of the Jefferson building of the Library of Congress. The reverse shows the Seal of the Library of Congress. This coin is graded Mint State 70 by PCGS.
