2010 America the Beautiful Silver Coins - 2010 marks the inaugural year of the America the Beautiful National Parks Quarters Program. Each year five National Parks will be highlighted in this series that will last twelve years. The order of mintage was determined by when the parks were established as a national protected site.
In addition to the circulating quarter, the U.S. Mint has also produced a quarter-sized Silver Proof and a larger 5 oz Silver bullion coin both made of .999-fine Silver. The same 5 oz size is also available in a special collector's version specimen coin that features a unique frosty finish and a mint mark, differentiating it from the bullion version.
APMEX is proud to offer a wide variety of these Silver bullion coins dated 2010. The series began with Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas, followed by Yellowstone in Wyoming, Yosemite in California, Grand Canyon in Arizona, and finally Mount Hood in Oregon. The reverse of each of these 5 oz Silver bullion coins depicts stunning representations of each national park.
