$1,000 FRN's (1928 & 1934)
APMEX offers a fine selection of 1928 & 1934 $1,000 Federal Reserve notes.
A rare find today, $1,000 Federal Reserve notes are genuine U.S. Legal Tender. Last printed in 1945, the government stopped distribution of this denomination by 1969. These 1000 dollar bills were mostly used for transactions between banks or for large private transactions such as making a down payment on a house, and seldom seen in circulation. The $1,000 Federal Reserve Note features a portrait of President Grover Cleveland.
