Henry has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, having held leadership positions in both private and publicly traded companies with operations around the world. Henry joined APMEX in December, 2011, as Chief Financial Officer and is currently responsible for managing APMEX’s finance, human resources, operations, and project management functions.
Prior to joining APMEX, Henry was Chief Financial Officer for Gain Capital (NYSE:GCAP), a global provider of online trading services, specializing in foreign exchange and contracts for difference (CFDs). At Gain, Henry was responsible for all global finance and investor relations functions, as well as human resources, real estate, and institutional sales. He also led the IPO process for GCAP in 2010.
Previously, Henry was Chief Financial Officer for ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ:ACIW) and also held executive financial positions at GE Healthcare and W.R. Grace & Company. Henry began his career at Ernst and Young.
Henry obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, and his Masters of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology. He also holds the designation of Certified Public Accounting (non-practicing).
