Big price jump in MS-64!
Low low mintage of only 228,250 coins. Though mintage figures have been skewed due to the large government recall in 1933, compared to a 1924, which had a mintage of 4,323,500 coins, there are considerdably less coins to go around. This coin is extremely rare in high grades, with MS-63 being the last affordable grade. There are only 797 coins graded higher by PCGS with 15 graded MS-64+ and 1 graded MS-65. None higher.
