Amex sent a really nice coin that looks to me to be a high AU or low MS coin. Great price, and fast shipping.

First time customer with APMEX. Fast, no hassle service, included a follow up phone call as to my satisfaction. Coins arrived in the condition advertised. A breath of fresh air compared to other bullion, coin dealers I've dealt with.

Full of luster, this is America's greatest circulated coin. Much more fun than a coin locked into a plastic holder. Great coin to hold and enjoy!

Really Pretty Coin!

I bought this coin as an anniversary gift for my husband. He has always wanted one, but thought they were too expensive to buy. When I looked at some of the pictures online, I was a little worried about how much they would be worn or scratched, but the coin we received was really pretty. It is slightly worn and scratched but only noticeable with the jewelers x5 lenses we use. The year is a more common year, but when you read about how at one time it was thought to be the rarest, but then a large reserve was discovered in a European bank, it makes the coin no less interesting or wonderful to us. The coin comes in a simple plastic protective sleeve allowing us to actually handle the coin. Although I know some collectors would cringe at this, so many of our nice coins are sealed in plastic and are not nearly as fun to play with. APMEX's communications and response to a purchase or to questions is superior. I had the product in two days. Very happy with the purchase.
