The increasing value of Silver caused the discontinued use of Silver in American coinage. These $10 rolls of 90% Silver are an excellent entry point to increase your Silver holdings!

Product Highlights:

  • Approximately 7.15 oz of 90% Silver.
  • Coins are packaged in a tightly sealed roll.
  • Each roll contains only one denomination of Quarters, or two $5 Dime rolls (our choice).
  • All rolls of coins are dated 1964 and prior.

These rolls are a great way to add Silver to any investment portfolio. Add several $10 Face-Value Rolls of 90% Silver Coins to your cart today!

Dates and denominations (roll of Quarters, 2 rolls of Dimes) on these coins will be of our choosing, determined by stock on hand.

Pre-1965 90% Silver coins, sometimes referred to as junk Silver or scrap Silver, are a great way to start your Silver investments. These Silver coins were pulled from circulation with the introduction of copper/nickel clad coins and the rising demand of Silver. The public saved them for their 90% Silver content as a rainy day fund they can fall back on.

You order, it arrives quickly and packaged well, you inspect, and you get what you paid for. I have yet to be let down. Maybe APMEX isn't consistently the cheapest, but you get what is advertised. I'm sticking with them! All Washingtons, a few in very good condition (64's) and a few in the 30 & 40's.

Pros

  • Value (low premium over spot)
  • Easy to Sell

I loved opening these rolls and seeing the dates from the 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's. There were a couple of Standing Liberty's but the dates were worn off. Still great for accumulating wealth a little at a time with some history and a small premium.

  • Easy to Sell

90% Silver, 110% Value!!!

Previously, I've bought exactly which grade and denomination of 90% silver coin I wanted to buy, but APMEX had a great sale on the generic $10 FV silver rolls and I gave it a try. 90% silver that is 110% worth the money!!! I got a mixed roll of quarters - and mixed is exactly what it was. First thing catching my eye were the Standing Liberty quarters, of which there were 3 (2 were slicks including smoothed edges, 1 had a barely visible 1926 date (woohoo!) and the faint remains of reeding. The rest were Washingtons, from a couple of well-circulated 1936s to several AU or BU 1962-64s. Overall, this roll was a great value for the price, and a lot of fun. I'll definitely try the "grab bag" again next time there's a spot price dip and/or a sale.

Pros

  • Value (low premium over spot)
  • Attractive Design

Ordered a roll of the random $10 rolls. Asked for quarters and got em. I was hoping to find some liberty or barbers even in rough condition. Instead I received a roll of fine to AU a couple almost BU Washington's. All where in very good examples. 75% were 1964s but those also appeared to be taken straight from 1964 and not seen until I opened the roll upon arrivall. After a poor experience with the Culls, this one has made me much more likely to buy from APMEX

Pros

  • Value (low premium over spot)
  • Easy to Sell

Cons

  • Common (higher mintage)

Great Quality!

Trying to balance my gold and silver, so "junk silver" is definitely my go to choice. Quarters are easier to handle than the small mercury dimes and war nickels in my opinion. My purchase was great! Majority of the coins were the last years of the 90% silver quarter (1950s and early '60s). One coin was damaged though, but this purchase still gets 5-stars because the moment I told APMEX they sent me a replacement right away! Like I've always mentioned in all my reviews, APMEX has amazing customer service and their staff is friendly and helpful. I do 99.9% of my business with them. Thank you!
