1800 Year Old Roman Silver in AU condition! These silver Denarii were struck sometime during of the reign of emperor Caracalla (198 - 217 AD). Approximate specifications (19mm--3.4g).
Obverse: Bust right. ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM.
Reverses vary. You'll be hard pressed to find nicer examples, since these have been graded Choice Almost Uncirculated by NGC.

Caracalla's real name was Marcus Aurelius Antoninus. Caracalla was a nickname derived from a hood cloak of Gallic origin that was his favorite form of dress. Get one of these pieces of history now!
