Comments about 1953 Canadian Silver Canoe Dollar (Almost Uncirculated):

I Bought this 1953 AU Canadian Silver "Canoe" Dollar because 1953 was the 1st year that Queen Elizabeth II's effigy was portrayed on Canadian Coins, and that makes it a key date for Collectors. The coin I got from APMEX listed as AU and there must be a mistake because I've seen BU examples of this coin and this coin is definitely better than some of them! Someone took very good care of this coin, it still has it's original luster even after 61 years!

      Service and delivery comments:

As always APMEX shipped the coins in a virtually indestructible package. The coins were placed in individual plastic flips. Then APMEX placed the coins in a bubble-wrap bag - securely sealed shut. Then, with what must be the strongest glue on Earth, the bag itself is glued to the inside of the package so it doesn't thrash and crash around inside the package. Then using the same incredibly powerful glue APMEX seals the cardboard packaging. The packaging is totally discrete, and it always arrives on time or even quicker. I don't worry when it comes to ordering from APMEX. :-)
