This stunning 1 kilo (32.15 oz) Silver coin features the design of the Sun Stone of the Aztec Calendar on the reverse, in spectacular detail. The mint mark of the Casa de Moneda de Mexico (Mo) is on the right side, while on the left is the legal tender denomination "$100" followed by the year of minting, 2008, and the legend "1 KG PLATA PURA LEY .999" (1 KG PURE SILVER FINENESS .999). In the center of the obverse is a sculptural relief of the National Shield, encompassed by the legend "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS" (UNITED MEXICAN STATES). Surrounding this along the edge of the coin are reproductions of the different Coats of Arms used throughout Mexico's history. This coin comes with several impressive additions: a certificate of authenticity with a unique serial number, a book detailing the Aztec Calendar's history, a laser-etched wooden case designed specifically to house and display the coin, and a magnifying glass to help viewers enjoy the extreme details. This is truly a collector's dream item and definitely a must-have!
