This 10 oz Silver Australian Lunar Year of the Snake wonderfully captures the essence of 2013 and the Year of the Snake. A slithering snake is curled around a tree branch with its tongue out. Clean, stunning design. I like this design every bit as much as the dragons in 2012. The quality from the Perth Mint is exceptional and top notch as always.

Comments about 2013 10 oz Silver Australian Lunar Year of the Snake (SII):

Perth MInt Lunar Series Silver Coins are the best silver coins out there. Every year they get even better. There is a luster to them that makes them far more beautiful than any coin from any other mint. The only con to this coin is that the snake is a generic snake instead of one of the well-known snakes from either Asia or Australia.
