This ANA Coin Show Special features an adorable colored image of an adult koala sleeping on the branch of a eucalyptus tree. In the outback, this wonderful creature has adapted to the country’s extreme conditions by spending its life up high in trees, in a cooler more airy habitat, also incorporated The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, design by Aleysha Howarth. The Ian Rank-Broadley likeness of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the monetary denomination are shown on the obverse.
The coin is housed in a display case and wonderfully illustrated box-shipper, identifying the coin as The Perth Mint’s official 2012 Philadelphia ANA World’s Fair of Money Show Special, also accompanied by a numbered CoA
