18th century Silver thaler from Saxony-Albertine!
This coin was struck by the old kingdom of Saxony Albertine. Before Germany became a unified nation, this kingdom existed south of where present-day Berlin. This Silver Thaler has a right facing bust of King Freidrich Augustus III on the obverse. The reverse has the royal arms above the date, 1786.
This historic, well preserved coin has been authenticated with Extra Fine details by NGC. It is labeled with surface hailines, but these are barely noticeable. Listed in Krause as KM #993.2.
