This .925 Silver partially colored coin has a stunning rendition of the lighthouse in Saint Petersburg also known as Rostral Columns. The Rostral Columns are situated on Strelka, the eastern tip of Vasilyevsky island.
The Rostral Columns were constructed in 1811. The brick columns were finished with dark red stucco and sit on a large granite plinth. At the foot are pairs of mythical gods representing four major rivers in Russia. Metal models of prows, decorated with nautical themes, adorn the columns.
The obverse of this coin has the National Arms of the Republic of Benin. This wonderful Russian market coin comes to you in original capsule with certificate of authenticity.
