Product Description
Julia Tyler married John Tyler after the death of his first wife. Julia proved to be instrumental in several dealings that we take for granted today. According to her husband, Julia's gentle persuasion led to the annexation of Texas. Also, Julia was the first to suggest playing "Hail to the Chief" to announce the arrival of the President.
Designed by Joel Iskowitz and sculpted by Don Everhart, the proof and the uncirculated coin feature a beautiful portrait of Julia on the obverse. The reverse showcases President John Tyler and Julia dancing together at a White House Ball.
The coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive.
APMEX stands behind every coin it sells with a satisfaction guarantee.
