This 1/6 Thaler was issued by the former Principality of Anhalt-Bernburg, which is now located in north-central Germany. Struck during the reign of Prince Alexander Carl, the obverse has a likeness of a crowned bear walking on a wall, with the value and date surrounded by a wreath on the reverse. This coin contains .0893 oz Silver. This coin is in excellent condition for its age showing Extra Fine details. Listed in Krause as KM#87.
