A unique coloring technique gives that real rock look to this .925 Silver Proof coin. This is the second coin in the series "Prehistoric Art Cave Painting" dedicated to the caves of Tadrat located in the western Libya. On the reverse is the image of an elephant against the stone of the cave on which the images were painted. The paintings date from 12,000 BC to 100 AD and reflect cultural and natural changes in the area. There are paintings and carvings of animals such as giraffes, elephants, ostriches and camels, but also of men and horses. On the obverse is the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. Comes in a themed box, capsule and a certificate of authenticity.
