Product Description

Mintage of only 15,000 coins!
This coin is from the Transportation Series & features The Scotia train. The Scotia was the 1st Canadian Locomotive to be built with a steel boiler, easily identified by it's straight & very large stack. This new design was in stark contrast to the flared shape that characterized wood-burning stacks. The distinctive shape of the coal-burning stack is evident in the design of this coin. A colorful train hologram is also displayed in the top right corner. The obverse features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Dora de Pedery-Hunt. Comes to you in the specially designed oval metal clamshell box, numbered Certificate of Authenticity, & RCM detailed grey outer box.

APMEX stands behind every product it sells with a satisfaction guarantee.
