Superb luster on this beautiful coin. It was issued in 1936 to commemorate the Sesquicentennial of the founding of Lynchburg, Virginia. Designed by Sculptor Charles Keck, the obverse depicts Senator Carter Glass, who was living at the time he was portrayed on this coin! Graded as MS65 by PCGS. Beautiful coin!
