The intricate design shows a likeness of Gustave Eiffel next to the tower on the obverse. Also listed on the obverse are the date and the dates of Eiffel’s birth and death (1832-1923). The reverse of this Silver coin shows the lattice work construction of the tower surrounded by the motto of France and the coin's denomination (50 euros). Coin is in an over size slab.
