Seldom seen Albanian Gold!
This gold coin was issued to commemorate George Kastrioti Skanderbeg, a 15th century Albanian nobleman. His right facing bust appears on the obverse of this gold issue. The Lion of St. Mark appears on the reverse. This date had a mintage of just over 5,000, and this example has been graded Mint State 65 by NGC.
