The designs of these ATB 5 oz. coins are attractive to me, so I am working toward collecting them all. If I were purely a bullion collector I probably wouldn't buy them because there are more affordable ways to buy silver, but the beautiful designs struck on a chunk of silver makes for a lovely collection. This particular coin that I received from APMEX has no major marks on it and was struck on a nice planchet. Many of these coins display a "brushed" appearance which I believe was characteristic of the planchet before the coin was struck. Not this example, wish they were all like this.

When i received my order i was expecting my coins in near perfect condition but my sand dunes came with something sticky on the obverse side of the coin. I have ordered from apmex before and never had any problems until now. I can look past minor scratches but this is no good.

APMEX provides rapid service, stands behind there products. They could lower their premium a bit to really be the leader.

Always hoping ATB 5oz will grade at least MS68. So when one comes back from ANACS as MS69 I am quite happy, let alone DMPL! Carefully handling these straight out of tubes and packaging these early can make quite a difference as they can mark easy due to the size and weight if not handled properly.

                Service and delivery comments:

Apmex has the fastest processing and shipping time of anyone I have used and they try hard to describe and deliver top notch product. Keep it up!

Bought this because this may have a high premium down the line considering the low mintage for the year 2014

Looking to get a good value of coin. The Mint's website has this a low a mintage (much higher since I made the purchase). Hopefully the unattractive design makes for a low mintage among the ATBs
