Ancient Greek Silver Tetradrachm of Thasos. Struck sometime in the 2nd to 1st century BC.
Obverse: Ivy wreathed head of Dionysus.
Reverse: Herakles, naked, standing, holding club and lion's skin over left arm.
Graded Very Fine by NGC. A nice silver ancient coin that is over 2100 years old!
