These coins are a fun and low-premium method to accumulate silver. A total of 14 different $5 coin designs were issued from 1973-1976 to commemorate the 1976 Montreal Olympics. Each coin is 24.3 grams of .925 silver, giving 0.7227 troy ounces of silver per coin.

I bought a whole bunch of these when they were on sale a few months ago. They are very fine coins struck in 0.925 silver. They will fit in a silver dollar tube (23/tube) if you remove them from the plastic capsule that most of them come in (which is rather a pain but vastly simplifies storage). I would definitly by them again at similar premiums. They are struck nicer than ASE's or Maples very well made coins
