- Obverse: Face value in Hebrew and English, 1 New Sheqel on the Silver B.U. Coin, 2 New Sheqalim on the Silver Proof Coin, 5 New Sheqalim on the Gold Coin. Above the face value is the Israel State Emblem. The face value is struck at the center of a Menorah, the seven-branched candelabrum. Around the right-hand border is the word "ISRAEL" in Hebrew, Arabic and English and the mint year 1992.
- Reverse: The B'nai B'rith Emblem, a Menorah, from which emanate the seven principles of the organization (in Hebrew): Brotherhood, Unity, Charity, Peace, Truth, Light and Righteousness. To the right a smaller menorah, beneath which are the years "1843-1993". Around the right-hand border is the inscription "B'NAI B'RITH" in English and Hebrew.
