The obverse of this Indian Head Cent shows Liberty wearing a feathered head dress, 1869 and "United States of America." The word "Liberty" appears of the band of the headdress. Good coin for a circulated set!

Tough post Civil War date!

Additionally, there is an "L" for James Longacre, the coin's designer, which was added in 1864. The reverse of this issue shows a wreath of oak and olive and a Federal shield. "One cent" is in the middle of the wreath. This one cent coin is made of bronze and is in Good condition.
