This CSA $10 note is from the 1863 issue that depicts the State Capitol at Columbia, South Carolina. This note is cancelled.

Currency Highlights:
  • This is from the series of notes to be issued by the Confederate States in 1863 during the Civil War.
  • A Very Fine example and will make a great addition to any Confederate paper money collection.
  • Face: Nice vignette of the State Capitol at Columbia, South Carolina at top center with an oval portrait of R.M.T. Hunter, who served as Secretary of State for the Confederacy at lower right.
  • Back: Ornately engraved with the denomination in blue.
