The series 1969-B One Dollar Federal Reserve Notes are an elusive issue. With Kabis/Connally signatures, these notes were printed for only 5 months during 1971. The Star Notes from this district had a printing of only 6.5 million, which is much smaller than the non-STAR notes of that issue
