No lies - These are UGLY!

Was this review helpful? Yes/ No

I bought 20 of these worse than cull US large cents. My expectations WERE low but the quality of the coins was even lower. Here's what I got: 8 coins where the 4 digit date was readable. Of those 2 were holed and 1 was mutilated. 11 coins had dates that were unreadable. 4 of these coins were holed. A bright spot was 1 draped bust, nearly slick coin made 1796 to 1807. Dates ranged from 1825 to 1853. 5 coins were absolute copper blobs that even which side was obverse or reverse was impossible to determine. Coins were a mix of matron head pre 1839 and braded hair cents post 1839. I think the coins were, as a whole, not worth the price I paid and I would not recommend these. I am tempted to return them but I'll probably keep them anyway. JUNK!
