Colonial currency in the denomination of 20 Shillings from Pennsylvania dated March, 20, 1771. Graded VF-35 by PCGS.

Currency Highlights:
  • From a group of notes authorized by the Pennsylvania legislature in March 1771.
  • Scarce early colonial note.
  • Housed in an archival quality currency sleeve by PCGS.
  • Graded Very Fine-35 by PCGS.
  • Face: Penn family arms with four red crowns, each symbolizing 4 shillings of the note's value. Printed using both red and black ink.
  • Back: Includes nature prints, and a warning stating “To Counterfeit is DEATH"
