This is my second Sovereign coin from APMEX, and I'm happy to say it was another very satisfied purchase. I received a 1917-P, which was a big surprise because I was expecting one from the Royal Mint. This coin looks brand new and very shiny. Besides a few tiny knicks on the edge, there was no wear on the coin at all. This coin looks like it was stashed away in someone's safe for the last 100 years. I bought this coin after Thanksgiving when APMEX had a sale and wish I had bought more. I'm waiting for Queen Victoria Jubilee to be back in stock for my next addition. Thank you APMEX for the fast shipping and quality of your coins.

This coin is perfect to start collecting gold if you can't afford a full one ounce coin. British Sovereigns are a time-tested coin. Their reputation for marketability and desirability is beyond question. They are reasonably priced and APMEX has a good supply and they do a good job of shipping quickly.
