This is a Silver Denarius of the emperor Marcus Aurelius (A.D. 161-180). Approximate diameter is 18 mm, approximate weight is 2.6 g.
The obverse features a bust of Mark Antony with the text "Imp M Antonivs Avg" which stands for "Imperator Marcus Antonius Augustus". Reverses may vary. Graded Choice Fine by NGC.
