Certificate Highlights:
- Housed in an archival quality currency sleeve.
- This note is well worn, and in Fine condition.
- Face: Bears a portrait of Robert Walker, Secretary of the Treasury (1845-1849) at left.
- Back: Green printing of the obligation at right with a scalloped “25 CENTS”, and an intricate border with different varieties of the value “25” at the corners.
- Features the short, thick Treasury key.
