Sweet Coin

By  Danno

This is in my opinion, this is a very nice coin to have. The coin I received was nice. You can see the images on both sides nicely. To have a coin this old and able to see the design on both sides is nice. Thank you for a fine transaction.

Roman Bronze Coin was just as described, in rough condition but I wasn't expecting anything more. It is a neat coin to add to the collection.

Ancient Coin

By  Just Us

The historic factor of this coin is the reason I purchased it for my wife. She loves it just for the age. However it is in such poor condition that you can't even make out the shapes. We have tried searching images to compare it to but it does not match up with any other coins from the era stated on the COA.

  • Common (higher mintage)
  • Poor Condition

Where have you been?

If you are one of those people who likes to hold a coin and marvel at how many hands a coin this old must have passed through... All the different places it's been held for the last hundreds upon hundreds of years, this is a fun coin for you. I'm not one of those people, but I bought it for a buddy who is. He loved it. Dug the discription that went along with it - as well as the packaging. For the price, why not? For a moment he even had me excited. Excited enough that I bought some for the kids! I'll give em to them when they are older.

Had a very enjoyable time researching our Roman coin. Finally determined that is was minted in 350 AD at Thessaloniki. Image of Constantius II one one side and the Fallen Horseman on the other.

Love this coin! The history that flows off this thing is amazing. To think that some of the earliest practicing Christians in the Roman Empire held this coin and used it for buying stuff...I can't be more excited!

The coin was small, about the size of a US dime, but the history behind the coin is fascinating.
