Interesting piece of history

Was this review helpful? Yes/ No

I bought a bunch of these to give to my employees as a stocking stuffer and they were a hit. They are in rough shape, but the picture is indicative of the coin you will receive. I picked through the entire lot and sent the best one to NGC and they refused to grade it, but I sort of expected that. I'll probably buy a lot more in the future.

  • Pros
  • Value (low premium over spot)
  • Cons
  • Poor Condition
  • Bottom Line
  • Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Sweet Coin

This is in my opinion, this is a very nice coin to have. The coin I received was nice. You can see the images on both sides nicely. To have a coin this old and able to see the design on both sides is nice. Thank you for a fine transaction.

  • Pros
  • Attractive Design
  • Collectible (lower mintage)
  • Bottom Line
  • Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Roman Bronze Coin was just as described, in rough condition but I wasn't expecting anything more. It is a neat coin to add to the collection.

Ancient Coin

Was this review helpful? Yes/ No

The historic factor of this coin is the reason I purchased it for my wife. She loves it just for the age. However it is in such poor condition that you can't even make out the shapes. We have tried searching images to compare it to but it does not match up with any other coins from the era stated on the COA.

  • Cons
  • Common (higher mintage)
  • Poor Condition
  • Bottom Line
  • No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Where have you been?

Was this review helpful? Yes/ No

If you are one of those people who likes to hold a coin and marvel at how many hands a coin this old must have passed through... All the different places it's been held for the last hundreds upon hundreds of years, this is a fun coin for you. I'm not one of those people, but I bought it for a buddy who is. He loved it. Dug the discription that went along with it - as well as the packaging. For the price, why not? For a moment he even had me excited. Excited enough that I bought some for the kids! I'll give em to them when they are older.

  • Bottom Line
  • Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
