Mintage of only 7,000 coins!
This lovely Sterling Silver egg-shaped coin weighs 1.68 oz and features "The Lilies of the Valley Egg." On the egg, eleven tiny pearl white Swarovski crystals glisten with a background of intricate flower design. The obverse features "The Spring Flowers Egg" as well as a small image of the queen which appears to be floating above the egg in detailed bordering. Comes to you in original capsule and a Certificate of Authenticity from the Mint of Poland.

The coin reverse is based off of the "Lilies of the Valley Egg" which is a pink enamel egg with three portraits, green enamel leaves, lilies of the valley pearls, and rose-cut diamonds.

The tradition of the Fabergé egg began in 1885 when Tsar Alexander III gifted one to his wife, the Empress Maria Feodorovna. That egg was known as the "Hen Egg." It was crafted from Gold and featured an opaque white enameled ‘shell’ which opens to reveal its first surprise, a matte yellow Gold yolk. This in turn opens to reveal a multi-colored Gold hen which also opens. It contained a minute diamond replica of the Imperial Crown from which a small ruby pendant was suspended. The idea came about from an egg decor piece owned by her aunt, which she cherished in her childhood memories. Since then, there have been a number of Fabergé Eggs made as gifts for Imperials.
